Damanga Coalition for Freedom and Democracy is strongly condemning the evil act
that resulted in the killing of a number of African Union Peace Keepers and kidnapping others in Darfur over the past weekend on Saturday 9/28/2007 at Haskanita area. These sorts of irresponsible acts only worsen the situation of those innocent refugees and the IDP's whom are already suffering in Darfur.

Before we send any accusations to any party without clear evidence let us to ask our selves one question! Who is benefitting from attacking the African Union Peace Keepers in this critical time and why..? Is it those who are asking for the immediate deployment of the Hybrid Peace keepers or those who are resisting and blocking any intervention of United Nations Peace keepers.

The answer is very simple...There is only one party which has continuously escalated the situation in the Darfur Region immediately by bombing the innocent civilians, targeting refugees and the harmless instead of rebels. By wasting the time of international efforts to set Peace negotiations,and refusing the 26,000 peace keepers to get into Darfur. And those asking only for African troops to be deployed without Western troops of the UN....This is the group that has the answers - The Bashir controlled Sudanese Government!!

But even you are smart enough. You can't fool the people all the time. All games are over and it is time for the immediate Intervention of all United Peace Keepers Including AU,US, EN and the rest of the world indiscriminately and without any delay. According to the UN resolution 1769. with full mandate chapter 7. This is only the solution for the Darfur genocide,and the accountability should be fully recognized.
