President Al-bashir not leaving Sudan

Omer Hassan Al-Bashir, the current President of Sudan will not be taking part in the 63rd session of the UN Assembly.  The event will be taking place in New York city this month.  Ever since he was indicted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) last July, he has been careful as to which country he visits.  Damanga assumes that any country who is a member of the ICC will probably not get a visit by President Bashir any time soon. The fact that the United States is not a member of the ICC makes Bashir's absence odd but he is probably trying to stay out of the spot light for the moment being.  Damanga believes that this man who has been committing atrocious acts in Darfur should be sought after and put behind bars as soon as possible.  Hiding for a criminal like him should not be an option.  The United Nations Security Council has to take serious measures against Al Bashir and others who have been indicted before him without wasting any more time.
