Man Shot Dead in Hai-althora District of Al-Geneina

An unidentified man was shot and killed last night as he was walking down the street in the Hai-althora districit of Al-Geneina. Two witnesses reported that the man was shot by janjaweed militia who fired on him from a passing car.  They estimate that the man was around 35 years old.

The witnesses stated that anyone who moves around the city after sunset is not safe from such attacks.
